International Conference on Methods of Education and Popularisation in Archaeological Heritage, organized by the Institute of Archaeology University of Warsaw and Foundation of Friends of the Institute of Archaeology. The conference aims to present various, modern methods of education and promotion of archaeological heritage (museum workshops, interactive exhibitions, virtual animations and museums, educational package and others). We would like that participants will share their experiences with education and promotion of archaeology and present a good examples. The conference will be held in Warszawa (Poland) on December 1-3, 2011. Important dates: 1. Papers and poster submission: deadline September 30th 2011. Abstracts should be sent to the secretariat e-mail address fundacjaprzyjacioliauw@poczta.onet.pl, The following information should be included: personal data (author’s surname, name); institution/university, e-mail, abstract (300-400 words), two bibliographical references; 2. Papers and poster acceptance: October 31st 2011; 3. Final program: November 10th 2011. Conference official languages: English and Polish. The website of the conference will come soon.
